Your wedding hire booking will be tentatively held for fourteen (14) days from the date The Rustic Barn accepts your booking.

To secure your booking, confirmation is required by return of this Booking Form & Hire Agreement and receipt of the non-refundable 30% deposit payment. If these actions are not received by The Rustic Barn within fourteen days (14), the booking will be released and your requested items may no longer be available on your wedding date.

Full payment of your booking is required at least fourteen (14) days prior to your wedding date. Services will not be provided without the final payment being received.
You must ensure that nothing is nailed, screwed or adhered in any way to any hire item unless prior permission is granted by The Rustic Barn. You are responsible for all damage to the property of The Rustic Barn caused by or arising from any act or omission by you, your guests or any other persons attending your wedding or function.

All cancellations are required in writing. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the initial 30% deposit necessary to secure your booking. All subsequent payments of your booking will be refunded if The Rustic Barn receives request for cancellation, in writing, thirty (30) days prior to your function.
